Anyone have this?

I have it, and live next to a new strong AT&T tower they just put up about 6 months ago, but the sim card in this Net Unlimited is for T-Mobile and I get full bars with it on AT&T but can't make calls.

About 10 customer service calls to Net10, and they sent another phone with the same T-Mobile sim card, and guess what? Same results.
